Almost done with the week. One more day left, with no class to make coffee for. This week has gone by really fast and Ive even been stayin longer and i guess ive been kinda busy. I like it when there is little going on around here it lets me do my job as the computer tech, work on the computers in the labs and set them up for classes. But when classes come its usualy meet the Instructor then tell them about the setup and things normaly go smoothly from there on. So I am left with nothing todo after that usualy.
So much of my job is waiting. Right now I'm wating for a Windows 2000 Advanced Server install to install. Then I wait while it does its things and then I update it and patch it up and Install office 2000 and wait. Then I image it for Ghosting which also means more waiting. It just gives me more time to write here and do other stuff like read Slashdot and Wired and a few others... I love a having a cooshy job...
15 days til my 1st ride in a commercial airliner. I've technicaly flown before. My dads friend is a pilot and Ive gotten to go up with him before and fly a small lil 2 person plane for a few min. But its not like we actualy went anyplace or saw much of anything. But it was fun. In 15 days i get to walk into a plane rather than crawl in and just sit and maybe eat some peanuts. I'm kinda excited about it. I just have to figure out how to pack. I could pack 1 carry-on and have enough to last me the 3nights and 4ish days I will be gone. I could pack no carry-on and leave my laptop behind. I could pack a checked bag and a carry on and take everything i'd need plus some... I think i could get away without the laptop but not without my digital camera. I have 15 days to figure it out so im not too worried about it...
hmm... thinking about adding a rants catagory/page... eh too much work. and I dont have that much to rant about.. well i do its just id rather forget about it than let it anger/frustrate me... its usualy stupid crap anyways...
8:45pm: Work blew goats. I didnt get out til 2. A 7 hour day for me. Thats unheard of... Stupid class image fuckin up on me... oh well i got it worked out and will finish it up tomorrow and remind all those damn computers who their daddy is...
Saw Minortiy Report again today with Whitey after work. I really like it... Still and agin the 2nd time. Highly recommneded... I would have liked to seen something else but Chris can be a whiney lil punk and there wasnt anything else starting near the time that we were there... I would have liked to have seen Signs, Triple X or Gold member but he had seen the last 2 already and Signs didnt start for like another hour or more. No biggie maybe someother time for one of those other movies.
I dont feel like explaning the triple X thing... It doesnt look great to me but it on priciple...
You need to see XXX on principle.
I will venture a guess as to why:

Also set in Sacramento (yay me!)
The guy drives a freaking car off of a local bridge... He has a parachute, but it's still fecking cool! (My father has jumped off said bridge more times that I've jumped on a trampoline. Go dad, go!)
So, how about we see it while you're down here? Just remember that Sacramento theaters are allergic to plastic. ;)
