Insert coin to continue.

Didn't sleep so well. Kept waking up and had a semi violent/fun dream with a couple friends in it something like a Jackie Chan movie or a Jet Li movie us throwing things like tables and chairs at eachother effortlessly and kicking them down occsonaly getty hit but not hurt and some other kicking of ass too. Some of it kept happening over and over again like it was a videogame or something. But the frequent wakeups lowered quality of sleep. At least iI got plenty of sleep sunday night to make up for last night....

12:07pm: No credit history means no loan. No credit history means no credit card application approvals. I've always been baffeled as to how Chris got a credit card working part time at a pizza joint while still in HS and my own bank which ive been with for like 4+ years wont approve me for a damned card. But Chris has 3+ and managed to max em all out at some point or another gotta have it to get but cant get it with out it. The ultimate catch 22. So I got a while to figure this credit thing out so I can be getting my self an iBook...

I'm sorry I havn't been able to post lord Ben. My laptop is completely wiped out. It wont even go into safe mode. I had to take it to my uncles to get it basicly erased and now I'm franticly searching for my program disks that I got with it so he can fix it all up again. SO the only place I have a computer is work, which I havn't been to since friday. SO I've been a little gone. As for Shad. He's spent the whole weekend with me, which also made him computer-less, (I guess it's contageous) But he has returned home to his nice working computer so it shouldn't be long before you hear from him either. Glad to update you.

The Lady Princess Kalal has fallen rather ill.

This sucks.

Dont Complain...
Why excatly do you need a credit card? They are bad unless you are making 100,000 plus a year and can aford the insane intrest rates :-D I am smart Econ teaches me lots :-P

One more thing...
I was reading around on the comments here, and you know Ben I am a little upset by the fact that you respond to everyone elses comments but mine. Is there a reason for this? Do people need to spend an excess of 6 hours a day on a pc to get a responce?
Just a simple qustion that came into the light while poking about...

Posted by: Collyn on October 1, 2002 03:23 PM

Um
I dunno. No reason, maybe its just they post more so i respond? Sorry Collyn...
Why do i need credit? so i can buy shit and build a history so i can get a car loan and house loan someday. One cant be expected to pay cash for everything for their entire lifes unless they are frigging rich.

Do you pay for your cell phone bill? Is it in your name? THAT gives you credit! Try the gas card thing. I know it sounds silly, as you will be driving an invisible car, but if you want credit that's a way to go. Try a cosigner too, like a parental unit.

Posted by: Kala on October 2, 2002 08:00 AM

I do pay my own bill. But T-mobile/Voicestream doesnt report to the credit people so i still have no credit.

Chris sugested the gas card thing too. I think he just wants me to buy him gas.

last night I had a dream that my teeth were falling out and that I was at a hotel and had to share my room with 5 people and there was no cable. I remember something about a car and my cousin and blood or something.
Did you know that the more credit applications you fill out that get denied, the more marks against your credit you get? I think that no credit should mean good credit. You should be able to get credit cards unless you have bad credit. but that's just my theory.

Posted by: shell on October 2, 2002 08:35 PM

Wow. I did not know that about the credit thing. That is screwwed up. I think none is better than bad as welll there is at least potential to have good and hook another customer. I am gonna stop by my bank on friday and see if talking to someone helps... There is a good chance it wont but they could maybe give me some ideas of what to do.

maybe you should apply for a secured credit card. it will help you build credit. Some rent-to-own places also help you as well. So, get a secured card, rent something from a rent-to-own place, pay with your card, and never miss a payment. then you will get good credit. :)

Well miss shell. It sounds like you're just the resident know it all huh? Glad to know there's a professional surfing this site.

I know about this credit card thing because I had the same problem getting a card and I was instructed on how to resolve the problem, and the suggestions I gave Ben worked for me. I wouldn't say that I'm a know-it-all. Why are you directing critical remarks towards me?

Shell thanks for the advice and info. Thanks to Kala too.
