Crazy?

Has December been screwed up for anyone else? If its not one thing its another. If it not work stress its emotional if its not emotional is mental stress, some times a combination of any of the 2 or 3. I'm pretty sure everyone has had some shit go on this month. Some more than others. Just rest assured it will eventualy lightenup and or stop. Its just a matter of time.

I have pretty much confirmed my erlier suspissions of Paul Oakenfold owning Perfecto Records. As i got a Perfecto Collection last night and the back of the book as a Pauls Sig on it.

I'm getting ready to raid my desktop. now to find a place for all the files that i need to back up.

10:39am: Ive managed to find a place to back most of the stuff up. It just leaves me with other problems. Such as where to put the OS now that i have filled the drive that was gonna have the OS with backups.... So now i must build the RAID array. Then somehow boot some sort of OS move everything from OS drive to the RAID array then reboot and build the OS. I dont wanna lose all that music. I will keep you posted (as if you care) because I am going to be doing a fair share of waiting today.

11:36am: RAID array built. building partitions on it now. then formating then moving stuff then reloading Windows 2k maybe Redhat 8.0 too..

12:00pm: Files moving ever so slowly from one drive to the next. I hope my file names arent mangled and fucked up... that would make me very sad and upset. But things seem to be moving along nicely so far...

1:01pm: I stoped copying the files cause it was taking too long so i started using ghost, this also insures that the file names will be remain intacked (pretty sure anyways)... and i still got something like 50min of this crap left. But my new CDs are hella good.

I have found the proof ive been looking for about Paul starting perfecto.

1:45pm: about 10 min left of file moving/coping left (for now i still got other stuff backed up else where)... Then I can load the OS or OSes. I still havent decided if I want to do just 2k or maybe XP alone or have it dual boot Redhat 8. It would be strange to not have a dual boot system. I will prolly just go with 2k my laptop dual boots and I have access to my servers when i need linux for something, and im lazy.

3:51pm: RAIDed. Most systems go. Just some more software toinstall but the important stuff is ready to go. As i feared the Soundblaster is still picking up noise from the bus and it may be worse than before. I belive its a known issue and well I can deal with it. I got other computers that i can have play music for me no problem.

So far so good. Now to do something else with the rest of my day...

6:28pm: GOOD news for all my bandwidth challenged Brethren and sistren types. I now have a copy of my photo gallery in small form.

9:11pm: I swear this is the last update. I just wanted to tell you it took for fucking ever to make the small images for the small gallery. Just now finished. I'm sure my poor server is quite pissed at me for making her process over 1000 images of various sizes down to small so those of us with out cable or DSL can see the pics in a timely manner. I seriously hope you like it. Please try it i just used and possibly wasted 3 hours of my life on it.
