As I have mentioned before I'm now a "closer". This means I get the last of the calls in the Queue after the lines are closed and I help/fix them. I'm not the only closer I'm just one of them. But of course today or tonight rather that gets me another 1.25 hours of Over Time.... Which is fine and dandy when the pay check shows up. But that won't be for a while yet. And hell it sucks ass doing it.
Also tomorrow I get to talk to my supervisor about my customer service skills or lack there of. It turns out one of the customers I had got one of our random surveys and they said they have switched AntiVirus vendors (read that as lost customer to competeitors). So as I was the last contact with them its naturaly my fault... So tomorrow I get to discus that. So we lost one person one stupid sorry bitch of a woman (if my guess as to who it was is right). I hear of people one the phones everyday calling who are switching from competitors to us. Anyways I'm not looking foward to the meeting with my super tomorrrow cause it will most likely throw me off all damn day. Why cause I don't deal well with that kind of thing for some reason. I would do much better with a copy of the survey, a copy of a call or two that i done fuckered up and an email pointing out where i went wrong. Rather than me present and having to explain things and think of ways to tell my supervisor that i messed up and what I can do to fix it and not have it happen again.
