I'm gonna post while all the pictures download, cause it's gonna take them a while.
I just got home again. This time from getting my car back from Salem. We got home we showered we changed. I called to see where or if my dad was coming through today. Turns out he went back lastnight so no easy switch in Eugene. So I drove the brick, er jeep another 60ish miles to my dad's place so I could get my baby back.
27min left says the copy process for the pictures from the lookout and the trip. Highlights of the trip: peeing off a 40 foot tower and each of the platforms, lots of pictures, lots of fog, a little snow, a tree down on the road out.
Posted by Ben at November 28, 2004 06:10 PMi have a request. im sure when pulling images from your cam to your pc you pull them at thier max resolution. thats fine and dandy. but if your going to share them online can you cut em down? i have a nice program that i use for my site that resizes multiple files (and renames if need be).
just a thought. looking forward to the power of your cam...

all images that are shared on that server are pretty much the only copys of the images around. While they are on the internet they are not linked to as they are for more of a closed audience and this small audince a) gets to wait b) gets the full size to see full detail and information c) gets to see them at all.
I will also mention that it is over 3 gigs of images and a few thousand files so a nifty tool will still take plenty of time. Plus I know how to do batch operations with photoshop to accomplish the same thing and more.
I've also got a small section on junknstuff.net just for photos. this section uses web friendly pictures and allows for comment.
thank you for you suggestion. but at this time does not meet my current needs or plans.
