UPS is a pain. They are very good at not delivering packages. Signature required and you have to wait for a few attempted deliverys before pickup but with some of the other major delivery people you can pick up first day. Not to mention there crapy bankers hours so that a pickup for people with a 8-5 job like me will have trouble making a pickup after work. F-UPS.
Should I not be able to sign something saying leave the damn package even if it is signature required and if it's not here or where you said it was it's my damn problem and I won't sue the big brown or who ever sent the damn item in question.
So now if I get out of work ontime I have to find my way to the mysterious UPS office and pray I make it before 5:30pm (closing time). Which might be pushing it cause I don't get home until around 5:20pm when I do get off work on time. But I enjoy a challenge now and then so we will see what happens.

Because our UPS driver doesn't like to back out of our driveway and discovered that it didn't work to threaten us not to deliver anything if we didn't clear all the cars out of our driveway, the driver is now just leaving them next to the road next to our neighbor's house. I can't wait until we have to put in a claim for a missing package. You'd think with so much competition from Fedex Ground and DHL, they would be a little easier to work with. Guess not.

UPS kicks ass. the guy on our 'route' is freaking awsome. i hear a knock at the door, take 2 steps open it and all i see is the back end of his truck driving down the block. hes quick, hes no bs, i used to order so much crap i practiacally know the guy.,
Posted by: dusty on December 8, 2004 11:22 PMUPS leaves like nothing for us. Maybe an envelope once in a while. but USPS says you can come pick your stuff up at (date and time) and then they try again.
fedex you can pickup same day if you miss and get there in time.
I love ordering from bavauto because they use only fedex and my stuff is always here within a few days UPS makes sure to take that full 7 to 10 days with standard ground then charges extra limbs for faster shipping.
