I've got a streaming webcam thing going. It's not yet avaiable outside of my home network. I'm still experementing with it. As of now I'm using the windows media encoder (free from MS) to do a live broadcase of what is happening in the Planned Parenthood parking lot. I may expermient with something to do still images every so often maybe even attempt at using the winamp streaming codec and/or try to find something better to point the camera at. I am taking suggestions.
Game night tonight at 5 at Sean's place. I think tonight is going to be mostly X-box games where as most every other one it's Nintendo Game Cube or Nintendo 64. So that will be intersting as it will be all new games for game night normaly we stick to a select bunch on the Nintendo machines.

u should make a "benCam" available 24/7 and located on the upper-right of your page. then youde be a TRUE geek. not just a faker like all the other bloggers ;)

I haven't figued out how to just snap a shot every X-minutes yet. But I have figured out how to stream live feeds to the interaweb but that is a bit too much.

nice... The neb makes sometihng like that easy. You can get almost the whole thing in frame. and we can hardly keep track of the cats when we are home so it wouldnt work so well for a cat cam... I could point it at a couple spots they like but it wouldnt be interesting.
