IT Pros eh?

I thought the people I speak to were supposed to be IT professionals or at least be some what technical. Some of them don't even know what I mean when I ask what is the operating system for your parimary (productname) server. I don't mind if you have to check or double check the server OS. But not knowing what I mean when I ask is unacceptable! I think the stupidity of people broke me today. Beer might fix it. At least tomorrow is Friday.

I've got nothing else.

Perhaps these were Cobol IT types?

I bet a cobol programmer could tell me the OS he was coding on. And the OS of the computer he has the terminal program on to access the mainframe that he programing on.

The people I speak of most likely needed help to dail the phone to speak to me.
