Yesterday Adam stopped by my desk and dropped a book off for me to read. It seems that the book to read has found me. I got through chapter 2 last night. So far a good read and non-fiction like I wanted.
Last night I worked on getting authentication groups going in apache. That was pretty much cake.
I've also realized that I don't have much love for Eugene. Salem I have some and some more for Portland. I lived in salem for most of my life so thats why the love for Salem. Portland has always been a treat or a fun trip often full of good memorys. Portland is beautiful, Tall and shiney in parts while other parts have old feeling and history to it. But the whole place is a buzz with trasit and comerce. While Eugene has very little that stands out as interesting or beautiful in my mind. Downtown is small and flat and dull with the exception of the bums and street kids who should get jobs or go to school. I bring all this up because I've been meaning to take more pictures and Eugene seems like the logical place to start, it's here making it cheaper than going to Portland or the Coast or anyplace else to take pictures. But I lack the love for the town to find the things worth photographing that I havent already. One of these evenings I will force my self to do it perhaps I will have a revalation or realization and or get lucky and get some decent shots of the city I live in.
