So now my alarm and lights all work because Chris RULES! The remote start doesnt quite work yet but it almost works. I think I have found the problem for the remote start not working so now its just a matter of time before the time can be had to fix it or find a solution for it. It starts I just stops as soon as it starts. The theory I am working off of is the alarm/remote starter doesn't know it started so more wires need to be checked and maybe tapped or replaced.
The bad news is my inspection light came on. Meaning I can a do the inspection my self. B pay someone lots of money to do it right. Even though I don't have lots of money I'm gonna pay someone else to do it right. My bank account and over draft protection will hate me but it needs to be done. It helps a little that this my last month of having to pay deposite on my place.

Posted by: dusty on September 28, 2005 04:05 PMDude, dusty's illiterate stalker is spamming your comments. I ignore those "the engine is broken" lights. Eventually they go away or the car explodes.
Posted by: Nathan on September 28, 2005 05:50 PMit's not a check engine light.

3rd. is remote start REALLY 'that' cool?
Posted by: dusty on September 28, 2005 11:51 PMyes it is.
Then my car is warm and defrosted when i get to it in the AM and I dont have to go out in the cold and wait 10 min for it to defrost it self and see out of it. I realize you in Sandumbass and it doenst get below 60 degrees there in the winter but we get ice on our windows and cars.
no no, i can relate. we do have those rare occurances where i gotta sit for 5 minutes till i can see. very rare though. sounds like a useful feature then, given your predicament.
