The stuff they are training me on at work is kinda cool. So far nothing that I haven't really seen befor at home or with friends on our own networks. Just a little more flexible out of the box. Which means they should be fairly easy to support. For the most part pretty logical. The hard part will be getting the required information out of the customers.
I'm gonna be in training for the rest of the week. Which means even fewer calls for the Ben while at work. Which is a good thing.
Does your pay change when you train? Or does it remain the same?
Also, are you a tourist? (first time I've ever used office lingo, let me have my fun.)

pay stays same. for now... it will help later though for moving to other departments and whe raise times do come around. I think/hope.
