1080p

I got a new TV over the weekend. A nice 32inch Samsung with all sorts of HD awesomeness. 1080p and built in HD tuner.

For the past few years I've been using an old Commodore 64 Monitor. Which is actually older than some of my friends. I'd used the C64 monitor off and on for at least the last 12 or more years for watching movies and playing games. In the last year or so it has started to show its age by displaying a bit of a flicking and jumping image. I'm going to keep it around, as many times as its come in handy or proved its use there is no point in tossing just yet.

I'm also kicking about the idea of using the new TV as a PC monitor and/or setting up a HTPC kind of deal for it. I'd have to get a few cables and parts to set such a beast up, but it could be fun.

But the question is - Are you going to hook up a C64 to it?
