More Flickr Observations.

Since I posted about my theories of how flickr determines interestingness. I've made a few newer observations.

Groups
Some groups seem to have a direct negative effect of the interestingness of photos simply by being placed into a group. Removing the image/photo from the group(s) does not negate the negative effect of being placed into the group(s) in the first place.

I have not noticed a group providing a direct positive effect on the interestingness of a photo. While some groups have a more indirect positive effect as they generate more views, comments and favorites.

Now? Ah, now it works after restarting Firefox. Crazy fucking thing makes my typing all backwards and shit. OS is in desperate need of a reformat.

Anyway, I was saying I cannot post or read comments that drop off the main page so I can't pick a fight with your lady-master.

The cage has been in the shop for a few weeks since Ben and I broke it. Birthday celebrations and all...
