I'm getting tired of these commercials for the "Sound Amplifiers". You know the ones they usually start with an older person missing out on some of the finer points in life like Bingo or the Late show cause they can't hear then they proceed to show someone younger using it to hear a member of the opposite sex make a flattering comment made about them discretely. ITS A HEARING AID. The technology isn't new. It also makes you look like one of those jackasses who just walk about with their bluetooth head sets, you know just in case they get a call and can't be bothered to get their phone or hands free out of their pocket to answer.
